Simple terms, clear rules.
These terms govern your use of Jasin's Amazon affiliate card embedding service. By using Jasin, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Overview
Jasin ("we", "us", "our") provides a service that converts Amazon product links into embeddable product cards for websites, blogs, and other digital content.
Product data is fetched from Amazon using your own Amazon Creators API credentials, which you connect to your account. Jasin provides the cards, hosting and analytics; it does not resell access to Amazon's API. See Section 4.5 for what that means for you.
- Free Plan – 3 product cards at a time, with your own affiliate tag
- Pro Plan – unlimited product cards, full analytics, no Jasin badge
2. Account Types & Limits
| Feature | Free | Pro ($15/month) |
|---|---|---|
| Product Cards | 3 at a time | Unlimited, subject to fair use |
| Analytics Dashboard | Views, clicks, CTR | |
| Affiliate Tag | Your own tag | Your own tag |
| Powered by Badge | Required | Optional |
3. User Obligations
By using Jasin, you agree to:
- Provide accurate account information and keep it updated
- Use the service only for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or abuse our systems
- Comply with Amazon Associates Program Operating Agreement
- Not create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits
- Accept email communications from Jasin, including essential account notifications, product updates, new feature announcements, educational content, and promotional offers (you may unsubscribe from marketing emails but will continue to receive essential service communications)
4. Affiliate Tag System
- Every account, free or paid, can set its own Amazon Associates tag. You bring the API credentials, so the commission on your traffic is yours
- A card with no tag set falls back to Jasin's tag. Setting yours in the builder replaces it
- You are responsible for ensuring your affiliate tag is valid and compliant with Amazon's terms
- We are not responsible for affiliate commission disputes or Amazon Associates account issues
4.5. Amazon API Credentials
Creating new product cards requires you to connect your own Amazon Creators API credentials. Your affiliate tag and your API credentials are separate things: the tag decides who earns a commission, the credentials decide who Amazon serves product data to.
- You confirm that the credentials you connect are yours and that you are entitled to use them
- You authorize us to call Amazon on your behalf using them, to fetch product data for your cards and to refresh prices on a schedule
- You remain responsible for complying with Amazon's own terms for the Associates programme and its API, including any usage limits Amazon applies to your account
- Amazon decides whether to serve product data to your account and may refuse, for example where it requires recent qualifying sales. We cannot influence that decision, and refusal is not a fault in the service
- If your credentials stop working, are revoked, or you disconnect them, existing cards keep displaying their last known product data but prices stop updating, and you will not be able to create new cards until you reconnect
- You can disconnect at any time from your settings, which deletes the stored credentials. See the Privacy Policy for how they are stored
5. Billing & Subscriptions
- Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly via Stripe
- Fair use – Pro has no cap on the number of cards. If a single account's traffic becomes an outsized share of our infrastructure cost, we will contact you before taking any action
- You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of your billing period
- No refunds for partial months or unused time
- We may change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers
6. Service Availability
- We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
- Maintenance windows will be announced when possible
- Amazon API limitations may affect product data freshness
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms
7. Intellectual Property
- Jasin retains all rights to our software, designs, and trademarks
